Delivery methods

We ship orders via Nova Poshta across Ukraine — to a branch or a parcel locker. Courier delivery to your door is not offered at the moment.

• Nova Poshta branch — from 70 ₴
• Nova Poshta parcel locker — from 80 ₴
• Delivery cost is paid on pickup at the carrier's rates.

Delivery time

Orders are usually in transit for 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 16:00 are dispatched the same day; later ones — the next business day.

Once the parcel is handed to Nova Poshta, you'll receive a tracking number (TTN).

Payment options

For cash on delivery, Nova Poshta charges a fee at its own rates (roughly ₴20 + 2% of the transfer amount). The fee is paid by the recipient on pickup.

• Pay online by card — via plata by mono, right after placing the order.
• Pay on pickup (cash on delivery) — pay for the order at the Nova Poshta branch when you collect it.

What the online "to pay" amount includes

Online you pay only for the goods. Delivery and the cash-on-delivery fee are collected separately by Nova Poshta on pickup — so in the order summary they are marked "on pickup" and are not added to the online payment total.
