Warranty period
We are an official dealer of Horoz Electric and Videx. Products carry an official manufacturer warranty of 12 to 24 months depending on the model. The exact term is stated in the product description and warranty card.
What a warranty claim needs
- Order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the fault
- The item itself, complete
What the warranty does not cover
- Mechanical damage sustained after purchase
- Faults caused by misuse or improper installation
- Natural wear of consumable parts
