You can return or exchange an item within 14 days. Here's how.
Return conditions
Under Ukraine's Consumer Protection Act, you may return an item of proper quality within 14 days of receiving it.
- The item has not been used and keeps its original appearance
- The packaging, contents and labelling are intact
- There is a proof of purchase — your order number confirms it
Items that cannot be returned
Certain categories of proper-quality goods are not subject to exchange or return under the list approved by Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172. If in doubt, message us and we'll advise.
How to start a return
- Contact us by phone or on Telegram/Viber and give your order number
- We'll agree on the return method and prepare instructions
- Send the item via Nova Poshta to the return address we provide in the instructions
Refunds
We refund by the same method used for payment within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Return shipping for a proper-quality item is paid by the customer; if the item is defective, we cover the shipping cost.
