Terms of Use
Effective from 5 July 2026
These Terms of Use govern the use of svitlum.com.ua and the placing of orders. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. General
svitlum.com.ua is an online store for lighting and electrical goods. We reserve the right to change these Terms; the current version is always available on this page.
2. Products and prices
We strive to provide accurate information about products, their specifications and availability. All prices are shown in hryvnia (₴). We may change prices and the assortment without prior notice; for a confirmed order, the price at the time of ordering applies.
3. Placing an order
Orders can be placed without registration. After ordering we may contact you to confirm. An order is deemed accepted once we have confirmed it.
4. Payment
Two payment methods are available: online by card via plata by mono, and cash on delivery when you collect the order at a Nova Poshta branch. Only the cost of the goods is paid online; delivery and the cash-on-delivery fee are paid directly to Nova Poshta on pickup at the carrier's rates. See the "Delivery & payment" page for details.
5. Delivery
Delivery is via Nova Poshta across Ukraine. Delivery times and costs are described on the "Delivery & payment" page.
6. Returns and warranty
You may return an item within 14 days under the conditions described on the "Returns" page. Products carry an official manufacturer warranty — see the "Warranty" page.
7. Intellectual property
The site's content — texts, images, logos and design — is protected and may not be used without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of products or breach of the manufacturer's instructions. A product's appearance may differ slightly from the images on the site.
9. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in the manner prescribed by law.
